All you have to show is:
"I can think of numerous Canadian juniors who have done very well relative to their FIDE rating in recent Canadian Opens."
Say 2004,2005,2006,2007, so which juniors did well? And how well? Are there juniors, that, relatively speaking, underperformed?
Support your statements with evidence.
As they say "Show me the money..."
