1. That it is difficult to register, and there is no obvious explanation of how to do it.
2. There is no explanation of why you have to register. If this was explained, people might be more willing to do so (for ICC it's pretty obvious what you get, and you have to pay for it).
Beyond that I can't say, since I was unable to access the site.
