Hi Gordon:
Your fears of what might happen to the remaining balance after paying for the Turkey WYCC seem to have come about, according to the information I got out of the outgoing governors AGM today. I'm not exactly clear on the figures, but as I understood it, the financial statements show that the CFC had $ 14,000 available from last year's CYCC for the Vietnam trip. But in fact, it was not kept in a separate bank account, and has been spent now to try keeping the wolf from the door.
