Hi - while everything worked yesterday (after I remembered my user name and password), the MonRoi site doesn't seem to like me today.
I tried logging in with my password, which was ok yesterday but today it said was incorrect. I then clicked on the lost password link, filled out the userid and email and received the message "Sorry, no corresponding user was found". I then tried another email address that I may have used to register and it seemed to work, but I didn't receive the promised email containing a new password. I then just registered again and in spite of the authentication error messages everything seems to be working.
I worked on information systems for many years. This one is new, glitzy, but doesn't work very well. The MonRoi staff could save themselves a lot of effort by making a website that works without requiring so much support effort. I appreciate their efforts in trying to make the information available.
