Arun Prasad (2.0) For the first Time Users of MonRoi's site, here is useful info on navigation Make sure that you are using Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla. Make sure that you setup your computer screen resolution to max. On desktop, right click, Preferences, Settings, Increase res to max, Apply. Ok. On MonRoi's home page (www.monroi.com) are listed tournaments that we cover. To see tournament web-site click on it. Example: Canadian and Quebec Open Website Results, pairings, schedule, photos, video etc. Browse the tournament web-site without any login. Select the color that you like, by clicking on MEMBER AREA, and your favorite color in the top right corner. To view photos and video, install Adobe Flash Plug-in on your PC. Get is from here for FREE You can also Register to view Live Chess Matches or Replay Chess Games. Sign-up For Free by clicking on MEMBER AREA and Sign-Up, or by clicking on Sign-Up for Free note on the Home Page of MonRoi. Enter 0 in rating if you do not have one, your name, username and password. Once you are registered, go directly to Chess Games site, by clicking on Chess Games on the top of the Home Page of MonRoi. Select the tournament that interests you. Example: 2008 Canadian Open Chess Games. Enter username and password. The computer may remember it, and perhaps you will not need to enter it again. Click on Settings to setup speed of replay, your favorite chessboard color and chess set. The system will remember your favorite settings. Click on “x” to close Setting Screen. To see Live Games, select the live game that you want to follow or click on Replay Games (to see games from previous rounds). You may want to organize your viewer by dragging the games. On the bottom of each game you have fields for replaying the game, rotate the chessboard, get PGN, score sheet (contains time info on each move), vote, the last move. Scroll over player names and you’ll see player photos and ratings. Scroll over the last move, and you’ll see a scoresheet on the left. Click on Chat to enter into on-line live chat room. Post your messages. Have fun. Remember your password and username. Use temporary login: guest and password: guest05 if you can’t remember both (username or password).
