Not only that, but I cannot stand some of the semi-official declarations I have seen about why the increase from $3 to $5 is good. None of us would ever run a business where we would take something so easily measureable and surveyable, and just twist it up, seemingly on intuition.
It reminds me of cult-like scenes that have been unfolding at my former job, where a slick VP would say something, and then treat it as fact just because he said it, not because it was fact.
I'm gonna stop typing before I hurt my keyboard.
