Two ways to deal with it. A person who voted in favour can move a motion of reconsideration, if that passes, the motion is back on the floor and can be subsequently passed, amended or defeated.
The second option is for someone to bring forth a fees structure motion that will supersede it. The second option mya be the cleanest and most expedient.
