Of the four writers on this thread, Kerry and Ken are governors, I'm not sure about Hans (former editor) and Bob.
So, if you are correct, the governors do not have "the faintest clue of the issues and processes and past discussions and votes" then the CFC is even worse shape.
Time to start again, methinks.
