Hi Larry. Thanks for posting that interesting information. It makes it look like the trustees are a bit of a sham, a device to make it appear that the Foundation operates as close as possible to arm's length from the CFC. Still, whatever the arrangement is, someone must be accountable for the duty of care that is owed to the life members and their LM payments. If I was Lynn Stringer and I ultimately had no say with respect to the disposition of the Foundation's assets, I would resign immediately.
