Boxer just started building ghosts for NO APPARENT REASON like 10 minutes into the game. Several minutes later, he still had no nuclear silo. However, he begun a winning attack, and his opponent's last chance of counterplay was a recall in Boxer's base. So, his arbiter was flying into Boxer's base, and BAM, the ghost ####ing locks it down. THE CROWD WENT "BALLISTIC"!
