Polar Bares (sic) and The Promised Land...

Actually, the number of Polar Bears is in decline, or it was the last time I was reading about them. Only about 20,000 remaining (but going from memory). About half that number are in Canada.

I'm waiting for the anointed ones to lead the CFC to the promised land of rapidly increasing membership, more chess activity and federation profitability.
