Congratulations to the 2008
Edmonton International organizers and players; looks like a tremendous event!!
I am wondering if there were any international norms scored this time!? I calculated FM Raja Panjwani's performance at 2442, just 8 points short of his second IM norm, but I may be in error there. Raja defeated former US Champion GM Alexander Shabalov (2611) in round 2!!
