The problem is that the links to the images are pointing to your pc, not somewhere on the internet where others can see them.
For example, you refer to:
C:\Documents and Settings\mchen\Desktop\images\slide1.jpg
But that clearly only works for you. What you need to do is upload the pictures to some internet site that allows you to store your images ("slide1.jpg") (sites like Flikr etc???) and then link to the image on that website...
