Edmonton Alberta
International Master Eduard Porper ( http://chess.ca/memberinfo.asp?CFCN=136955 )has now moved to Edmonton (from Israel).
He is buying a house, so that's a good sign that he's not here just for a visit.
With GM Nakamura moving to Vancouver, and IM Porper moving to Edmonton, the West has ALMOST made up for the loss of Jack Yoos.
Not quite, but almost...
