Hi Victoria,
I was wading thru all my emails on the weekend and began shaking my head in disbelief when I saw your email from last week. I know you have been asking for cards for yourself and your son for quite some time now. I thought it has been taken care of.
I just reviewed all the request lists sent to printers in recent months, and I see we added John to the list but not yourself. I see you recently confirmed that John got his okay.
We are requesting a new batch of cards this week. Your name is on it.
My apologies. You will get a card even if I have to deliver it myself.

ps. I usually don't notice private emails via chesstalk. I'm not sure why, I usually see them months afterwards.
