I guess you forgot about Grenada to give a trivial example. And there was that whole Nicaruaga - contra thing.
Notwithstanding Fox News and the existence of (many) elected neo-conservative politicians you have never heard anyone speak favourably about neo-conservative views.....
It comes as a surprise to you that Reagan and Thatcher have been labeled by some as "neo-conservative"......
Possibly, and I'm taking a wild guess here, you don't actually know what you mean when you say "neo-conservative". Might make it difficult to ban them from office if you can't define who they are.
