I think the USCF is in trouble. Texas juries tend to award some whacky punitive damage awards. Exactly how does one uncover an IP address of someone that has "intercepted" a message. Obviously someone forwarded the email either directly or through some intermediate rest stop. Just when you think that things couldn't get any crazier....
