Was'nt there to witness the event but it takes amazing self control to not react when punched in the face.
In the ideal world where as a player you are paid hundreds of thousands of pounds per year you get punched, go down like you have been hit by a sniper round, the Sky TV cameras, the ref and linesman all see everything and the other guy gets sent off.
But in the real which is the Screwfix league where you are paid a few quid to play a sport you enjoy you get punched and like any other young man you react and punch back.
Unfortunately for you the linesman who normally could'nt find his ar@e if sat on the toilet was too busy looking at the ref for permission to make a any sort of decision whilst the ref is busy making himself look important and therefore the original offence is missed but your retaliation is spotted and off you go!
He was wrong to react but how many of us who have played at this level have not reacted in the same way........and before getting on his case remeber how many vital goals etc he has contributed to this seasons campaign
