Think you may find that after tonights Western League AGM where the constitution will/should be confirmed the fixtures will follow pretty soon. Totally disagree with the comment that "They are usually one of the last leagues to produce them" Also, some league may not produce their fixtures until the FA have confirmed the draw for the FA Cup (extra preliminay & preliminary round ties).
