I would go a setp further and add some of the Wiltshire sides to the Wessex League as well and get them out of the Western League. Cornwall to Wiltshire at Step 6 is absurd! Ok there's no Cornwall sides at Step 6 - but Devon to Wiltshire is still pretty nasty!
Buckland Athletic to Melksham next season 127 miles each way!!!!
I'd move Westbury United, Warminster Town, Devizes Town and maybe Dorset sides Sherborne Town and Gillingham Town into the Wessex League too! Even Bradford-on-Avon and Melksham to Southampton and Bournemouth is only 60 miles so thrown them in there too!
Move the Gloucestershire sides to the Hellenic at the same time and then maybe you might see more SWPL sides step up to Step 5.
Radical I know - but in my opinion the Wessex League should cover MORE than just Hampshire, plus a handful of clubs in Dorst and the 4 Salisbury-area clubs!
