Gum Graft Post-Op Instructions - PLEASE HELP!!

I had a gum graft this morning and I'm unsure about what areas are okay to brush. I'm really worried about doing it correctly because my first gum graft didn't come out right and I don't want to go through this a third time!

I had the graft done to the outside of teeth 27, 28, and 29. There is surgical dressing on the outside of these teeth, as well as 30 and 31. Now, I'm pretty sure that I'm not supposed to brush the outside of teeth 27-31 until my post-op appointment in 2 weeks. However, I'm not sure whether or not I can brush the inside surfaces on any of these teeth.

I think the hygienist told me not to brush the inside of just the grafted teeth (27, 28, and 29) for the next 2 weeks because it might yank the sutures out. If that's the case, shouldn't I also not brush the inside of 30 and 31 (I'm assuming that the presence of surgical dressing indicates that there are sutures underneath)??

I'm so confused! Can anyone help? I've called my periodontist, but the people who answer my questions don't seem to know what they're talking about. Thanks!
