Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Anyone happy with their implants?

I have been looking at sites trying to see if the majority of people are pleased with their dental implants and I have run across several people who are unhappy and looking to have their implants removed. Does anyone here have dental implants (in the molar region) or know anyone who does and has had them for a little while? Are you/they happy with them and have you had any problems with them? Thank you!
