Healing Caps

Hi. I just had seven healing caps put on yesterday (top). They replaced my temporary bridge over them and told me all I have to do is rinse with warm salt water. This morning I am a little swollen and achey. I had asked about antibiotics, but was told I don't need them. Is it normal to be swollen the day after having the healing caps put on?
