i have 3 teeth implant at the top, and they are all joined together, this fell out the other day, but it's just the 'teeth' (shell) no screw is attached to it, like you, i had to have extensive bone added and my dentist said it was very dense with me, no problem, they will just paste them back in like a crown but with your 'srew' - they may have to x ray to check inside the area and see if their is enough density to screw back in again - they may have to add more bone if not did you have it done overseas? my dentist is in the UK (and teaches others - so excellent)but he says many overseas treatments are a waste of meny and causes a lot of problems later on that he has to fix when they go to him
