Hi Theresa I got full dentures 3 years ago and I am now 26.I was in he same position as you no insurance. The treatment would cost a lot even the most simple solution and I said to the dentist I coould not live with this pain anymore. She told me she could pull the teeth. For the money I had but had could then not afford immediate dentures. I had them all pulled and went for 3 months without teeth and without any pain and that was sooo good. But, it was not nice to have no teeth. When I got my dentures I was happy and now after 3 years the dentures give me no real limitations and they are way beter than having pain which is terrible. I just hope you have money enough to have the extractions done and for the dentures.Remember dentures see no age they are necessary when we need them good luck
