Implant versus Episectomy

Hi All, I had an accident and i had done one RCT and One Episectomy on my front upper tooth.Now again i am getting some puzz over the root as my root is exposed a bit. Is it advisable to go for one more episectomy (50 % chances only as per endodontist)or implant ..Plz guys advise me..
