They cannot actually move your bones around once the teeth are gone unless they can use implants to do this. As far as repositioning your false teeth- I am sure they can do this. If your natural teeth are pushed forward I think they can set the denture teeth in a better position. Ask lots of questions before they extract your teeth. Barbara
