Hi Vickie. I agree with Barbara. They can do much with dentures to rearrange the teeth so that you can have them as you like. They can even do facelifts" with dentures and compensate for changes in the face around mouth nose and eyes as the muscles can be influenced by the shape of the dentures. That is the advantage with dentures that you can get what you want of shape colour and how the teeth are arranged. It is very important that you communicate with the dentist what you want and even take pictures with you of how you would like them to look. With immediate dentures you cannot have the teeth tried before you get them, but after a year or so its usual to get a new set and then they will make a wax tryin so you can tell if you are satisfied or have somthing changed. Thenafter yoiu have accepted the dentures how they look they will make them exactly as they looked in acrylic. I have full dentures and have had since dec 2005 and a year after I got my new set and I mam very very satisfied and a happy denture wearer.Good luck
