Hi peeps, My crowns are sort of a hybrid. Because I have alot of gum recession, my dentist gave me PFM to high noble metal (Captek, I think). They had yellow gold coloring inside. The main metal part was high up on the abutment and the part of the tooth that shows when I smile is all porcelain. I love them. They aren't perfect either. I really wanted something that looked like my real teeth and natural. That's what I got. One is a teeny bit crooked and two on one side are a teeny bit longer which works well with my longer canine on that side. I never wanted the "Hollywood Smile" so am thrilled with the way these turned out. No one would know they weren't real, but would just think they were fabulous! A picture!?? You wouldn't want to be that scared in the morning, would you? LOLOLOL Thanks for the well wishes, peeps! G
