Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

weightloss and boneloss

just wondering does anyone know if extreme weight loss aid in bone loss also? I have a friend who loss over 70- 80 pounds and she thinks her bone loss has to do with the weight loss. Not sure but can this happen?
