Hi, Debbier . . .

Can't tell. . . but if that response was prompted by mine . . . I guess I did not express my thoughts clearly.

I was not suggesting that the dentures were affected by her friend's weight loss.

Actually just the opposite. What I meant was that if her friend was having trouble getting accustomed to her dentures . . . particularly if they did not fit well to start with . . . the thought of struggling with them to eat might have made the thought of food less appetizing.
