To whiten, you can try Crest Whitestrips. As for the fillings, cheap and fast isn't always the best... if you have to get them redone because of poor quality work, you may end up paying more in the long run. As for cost, I think care credit offers interest-free payment plans of up to a year - it depends on what your dentist's office offers. If you have any dental schools in your area, it might be worth giving them a call. They usually offer discounted services. The work will be done by a student, but supervised by an actual dentist.
