Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

need dentures

My dentist doesn't give me any encouragement at all. He tells me I will still have problems when I get dentures. My mouth is hell as it is and I have to hear this from my own dr.I had 3 horrible dentists, no wonder why I get panic attacks when I go. I don't want self pity, at least tell me it will be better for me in the future. I think I was born with a bad gene or something, it doesn't matter how many times i brush or rinse, my gums are okay, and my teeth are just not good. Not sure why doctors don't care about patients like me? anyways, I know what needs to be done, any feed back would be great
