need or not to wait for gums to heal for the front upper tooth?

thank you for answering my question..I am scared and afraid if the procedure fail...when u said temporary crown..do you mean a : stay plate"? and depend on the teeth ..some need bone graft and abutment and some do not need abutment ? or the abutment will be put on by your regular dentist? thank you so very much
