thank you.. there is a graft/ ridge involve too.. this is excactly what I am doing...I think this doctor inculde the cost of me being refered from the dentist who quote me 1800 for the crown ...plus ..if something else is involve like an abutment.....a tactic . so he will over charge me and the difference he would give it to the refered dentist despicable and unethical as far as I feel at this level of education and integrity of being a doctors
