I will itemized them for u later on here..when I got home from work .I have not signed any thing and I haven't had it done yet... it was presented to me in that format.....without any thing mention of the abutment....so when I aske the dentist who quoted me the crown of 1800( same one after he quoted me, he refered me th the implant doctor...who gave me the implant quote consist of 1. panoramic x ray 95 exctraction, 290 implant 2700 each and graft and something total 3500 regard Chris
