If you are concerned that your teeth are going to deteriorate, it might be a good idea to talk to your dentist or oral surgeon to see what kind of condition the teeth are in now. They might be able to help you come up with a plan. You might be better off extracting several teeth and putting implants in, rather than waiting for them to "go" on you.
