Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

I was informed by implant specialist, my five lower teeth are weak. One was pulled because of bone loss, and the one next to it is weak.I was told an implant on my left side and right side, would enable me to maintain a stable full plate, without being loose or sliding. Is this a good evaluation. The dentist informed me, I have good bone density. I need another opinion. Thank You.
