It is not quite clear what your situation is. Are you planning on an implant supported full denture?
My circumstances may be similar. I had 4 weak front teeth removed but retained remaining teeth to support a partial denture. Eventually it may become necessary to have remaining teeth removed and get an implant supported full denture. Currently, I have a temporary partial with a permanent due soon.
I conferred with 8 dentists here and abroad and got 6 different opinions about what to do. Can you guess why? I finally took my own advise after extensive homework largely on-line.
Note that it is usually best to hang on to teeth unless very weak or screwed up. Also, consider mini-implants which are much cheaper and less invasive if you are inclined toward implants at all.
