Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Need help making a decision...Please!

I am having crowns replaced on my six front teeth. The cosmetic dentist I went to wants to put all porcelain crowns on the six teeth. I also wear a partial that hooks in the back of my teeth. My dentist will be making me a new partial and placing pontics (tooth) on both sides of the the canines. He told me he would rather make the whole piece connect to keep my two front teeth from separating later on. Does this sound like it would be strong enough for a partial. He has made me a temporary with the pontics out of acrylic. The teeth next to my canines have already come off. Is porcelain gonna work? Or will I have this problem all the time? My dentist says the porcelain will be much stronger and not to worry he only put the pontics on my temporary for looks. Please help me I only have a few days to decide what to do.
