Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Dentist threatening to sue me!

Folks, what would you do if you had filed a simple but valid Consumer complaint to recover some monies on some awful crowns (since the dentist refused to reply to a certified letter) and the response to them back to you, was a diatribe full of false information & hysteria & recovering his good name, whatever it takes, etc from the dentist? Accusing me of slander & etc. & making up all sorts of things, all false, about you as a patient. ??? All I did was politely ask for a refund, and THIS!!?? All he needed to say was "NO", but then he went into lie after lie about our dental relationship. I'm terrified of this person, maybe apt to come after me with a gun?? I've never heard of such a thing!!! What can I do now? I never wanted it to escalate to this point at all!!! Please help me!
