    Yes cs: I had several prior dialogs with this dentist which failed to resolve the issue in a professional & humane manner; the dentist sent a scathing unsolicited letter after our last phone conversation threatening me if I took this any further! And further contact from me would be in the form of a letter.

    Which was the certified letter. And it was picked up, but ignored.

    So I went to the Consumer Complaint board of our state to find out why it was ignored, and why I can't find a resolution to this issue peacefully......then came his response in the form of lies & more lies, and very immature postering, plus more legal threats.

    This is now an "ethics" concern to me: the only person 'slandering' is this dentist, and to himself & to me! He is making himself look like a jackass. Not me!

    I'll be speaking with an attorney about this, but all I wanted was a patial refund to redo these crowns elswhere, not spend hordes of money doing a "screaming across the fence." How immature.

    I can live with the awful crowns if that's the case; but this type of professional tirade is damaging to a patient, & that needs to cease & desist!

    (I also realize if I make another move, it will be constured as harrassment, and that's the chess move this (?) dentist is hoping for)
