Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

i know i have many options but becasue i am not familiar in this paticular field I would like some suggestions/advice. i have a root canal on one of my front tooth. i know i need a crown ASAP but becasue i am so worried about my front teeth not matching one other, I am not sure what i should do. A dentist had once told me to either: A. get 2 crowns B. get 1 crown and 3 veneers (since it will look funny if i just have 2 crown/veneer on my front teeth). I have had many bad experiences with a few dentist so i am quite skeptical of what they tell me. Cost is an issue less expenisive the better but can be worked out. i really just want my front teeth to match but worried that it will look too prominent. If you were in my situation, what would you do?
