Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Need dentures - Help!

I am 49 and have had bad teeth forever. I have 2 failing implants (old) and a failing front bridge (6 teeth) and my only options are the "all on 4" which I can't afford, or a full upper denture. I know it's not the end of the world, but I am completely freaking out. I went today and had the impressions done. I do not have a lot of flexibility at work, so I won't be able to take much time off - maybe a couple of days. I am so worried that I will talk funny (I talk to customers on the phone and face to face all day long)and that everyone will be able to tell I have the denture. Am I being too vain? I am not too worried about the pain or not being able to eat since I can't eat anything right now except soft food. I don't want anyone to know I am doing this - I don't know why, but I am so embarrassed. I also don't want ANYONE, including my husband to see me without teeth. Again...too vain? My dentist recommends sleeping with them in which is okay, but he says I absolutely have to make time somewhere in the day to have them out for 4 hours to let the tissue breathe. How in the world am I supposed to do this with a full time job??? I am really having a hard time delaing with this. I just want to cry! Sorry this is so long - thanks for letting me ramble.
