Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

can someone please help me on this?

last week i had all my upper final crowns and implant teeth placed. my dentist used temp eugenol(clove) glue which he had used on me for over three years for the temp bridges. i was unhappy about this because the glue does bother me and pleaded with him not to use it on me for the final teeth! i don't know how long he wants this temp glue in until he uses permenant glue. the last seven days my mouth,eyes and throat are burning from this glue, his response is i had that glue before..i emailed the office and want the glue out because im extremely uncomfortable. he will not do it. tomorrow im going in for an adjustment because my bite is still too high and he said he will explain everything.so far im battling a wall here. is this common to use eugenol glue for permenant crowns? and why do they do that and how long do they want to keep temp glue in for? are all dentists this stubborn? any suggestions and help will be great..thanks valerie
