Thanks Tara, but been there/done that. The dentists are thick as theives here, and my current one will NOT make any statements. The reply to my Consumer Complaint (through the state) was so unbelievable false, cruel & unprofessional, that I couldn't even read through the whole thing! All I did was file a complaint, a request for a refund, and all he had to say was "No." I'm scared this person will actually try to do me physical harm!! No sane person writes a letter like that. It's very disheartening.... Thanks for your advice all, and BUYER BEWARE. Please be careful!!!
