Poor Sasha, I feel for you!!! I didn't even file a dental complaint, just a regular consumer complaint (to get a refund). I did this because the dentist was so half cocked about my not liking his work, that I was frightened to do a board complaint. (I actually filed against a dentist years ago in another state, it took a YEAR for the board to arrange for a neutral dentist to examine the damage, and of course I had bonding put on the tooth by then to counter the pain & the broken surface. Then they threw out the case because I had done so!)
