This site is hard to follow up on, but I would be happy to talk through email. I did my upper and lower one month apart. I know this sounds weird, but it feels kind of like braces...maybe because of the very few hours spent without teeth. lol I don't know if I'd say the pain was intense afterwards...just very uncomfortable with a lot of pressure.
