Just 2 questions:

1) How di you find your OS?

Usually when an implant is placed by an OS, if s/he does not arrange for crowns, s/he has either a cosmetic dentist or a general DDS as a team-mate, who arranges for it.

2) Have you asked your OS to recommend another dentist to follow thru on the rest of the project? If not, I would, if I were in your situation.
