If the 3 missing teeth are side by side, I wouldn't recommend a bridge. The longer the span of the bridge, the more load on the abutment (teeth that anchor) the bridge. Implants, if you can afford them, are a better option. Some people opt for bridges because of cost, just remember, if it fails or the anchor teeth need extracting, you are out the cost of the entire bridge. With implants they are "individual crowns" and although initially costly, if any one crown needs future replacing, you only need to pay for one tooth not the entire span like a bridge.
